Booking notes ::  Long Break Safaris for 9 to 13 Days!!

·     Book at least 120 days prior to avail these SPECIAL OFFERS…. Late bookings may attract additional surcharges of up to 15% to 20% due to availability of horses, airfares, accommodation, transportation & logistic supports such as tour guides, medical staffs, chefs & other key persons which needs to be hire for such an specific special group departure safaris.

·     Book only with 30% advance payment deposit along with your scanned or snapped passport details. Remaining 60 days prior to the departure date.

·     Safari routes may face slight alteration/ deviation due to weather conditions, unforeseen route disturbances such as damages due to natural conditions, tribal manicures, route access permissions from sanctuary or reserved forest areas etc.

·     Though we try at our best level to operate our safaris with zero errors however we are depend upon proper coordination & combination between Men, Machines, Animals & Weather, so we request you to be remain sensuous with awareness for such an Specially Organized Event, which is going to be organized for your satisfactions with 95% of positivity.

·     PUSHKAR FAIR SAFARI has a very limited space availability, that is for just 48 Horseback Riders, so interested members are requested to BOOK THEIR SPACE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, at least 120 days prior to the Safari Departure.

·     Medical assistance in case of emergency is our responsibility however it will be chargeable as per actual depending upon cases & circumstances. A rider must bear their responsibilities on their own, however, our logistic support will always be there to assist everyone in the group in case of such events & emergencies.

·     Carrying a valid travel insurance is always advisable & it is the mandatory part to join such safaris.    

·     Maximum & Minimum strength for each PUSHKAR FAIR SAFARI’S scheduled departure is 12 to 15 riders.

·     Minimum strength for 9 Nights Long Break Safari from Coronation Plateau to Godwar Region & Back, is 6 riders & maximum up to 12 to 15 riders.

·     Short & Medium Break Safaris :: For 3 nights ( US$ 385 Per Person) or 4 nights ( US$ 495 Per Person) are round the year ventures & can be operated with minimum 2 or 4 riders, here there are no restrictions for minimum persons, maximum up to 12 to 15 riders. Bookings at least 10 to 15 days in advance for up to 6 riders participating into the ride & 30 days in advance if there are more then 10 riders participating into the ride. 100% payment in advance.
