Booking Notes::

• Book at least 120 to 90 days prior to the require date!!
• 50% advance require at the time of the booking!! Remaining 30 days prior to the scheduled event date!!
• Transportation cost to outstations is extra as per actual... we can serve within the diameter of 50 kms without charging any extra transportation cost!!
• Rights of amendments are reserved with Jupiter Safaris India!! Though we try to organize everything in time and as per the requirement, however, it's a combination and coordination in between Animals, Men Power, Machines and Nature!! We are committed to assemble and organize everything in time and we try at our best level to do so!!
• Cancellation after booking will incur 25% charges!!
• Any cancellation before 60 days will incur 50% cancellation!!
• Cancellation before 30 days will incur 70% charges!!
• Cancellation before 15 days will incur 100% charges!!
• After confirmation of the Lawajama's Regal Fleet any reduction into it's size or pattern will also incur cancellation charges varies upon nature of reduction & cancellations!!
